Privacy Policy

When you submit a training application we collect the rider’s name, date of birth, city and state, contact details, racing background and results, training goals, accommodation interest, and — for riders under 18 — the parent or guardian’s name, email and phone. We also collect any links you choose to share, such as a race results profile or riding video.

Only to review your training inquiry and respond to your interest in training at The Shoals MX. Inquiries are reviewed by facility management so we can recommend a training program and scheduling options. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

This application does not collect detailed medical histories. If you choose to note a physical limitation that may require a training accommodation, that note is seen only by the coaching and management staff reviewing your application.

Application records are restricted to authorized facility administrators. Applicants cannot view other applicants’ information, and applicants cannot edit their application status, internal notes, or evaluation scores. Internal notes and scores are never shown to applicants.

If email delivery is configured, we send a confirmation to the applicant, or to the parent or guardian for riders under 18, and a notification to facility management. If email delivery fails, your application is still saved and remains visible to management.
